Make a Difference, One Home at a Time
At Kinesis Home Health Care, we believe that aging and illness are a natural part of life — and that we’re all called to help each other through it. Every day, our clinicians and caregivers walk into someone’s home and help them heal, recover, and live with dignity. If you’re looking for work that actually matters, you’ve found the right team.
We’re growing across Central Texas — Austin, Dallas, Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Kyle, New Braunfels, and beyond — and we’re looking for compassionate, skilled professionals to grow with us.
Why Work With Us
Purpose-Driven Care Our mission is simple: help patients reach their highest level of health and wellness, in the place they feel safest — home. Every role on our team, clinical or support, exists to make that possible.
A Team That Feels Like Family Home health work can be demanding, so we make sure our people never feel like they’re doing it alone. You’ll be backed by a team that respects your expertise, values your judgment, and genuinely cares how you’re doing.
Room to Grow Whether you’re an RN looking to specialize in wound care, a new grad PT building your caseload, or a CNA working toward your next certification, we invest in your development.
Flexibility That Respects Your Life Home health scheduling can offer more autonomy than a hospital floor or clinic — we work with our clinicians to build schedules that support both great patient care and a sustainable life outside of work.
An Employer Committed to Equity Kinesis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. In full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we do not discriminate on the basis of religion, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, color, race, age, or economic status — in the care we provide or the people we hire.
Who We’re Looking For
We hire across the full continuum of home health care. Current and ongoing opportunities include:
Skilled Nursing (RN / LVN)
Bring your clinical expertise directly into patients’ homes — wound care, medication management, disease education, post-surgical recovery, and more. Our nurses are as much educators as clinicians, teaching families how to manage care with confidence.
Physical Therapy (PT / PTA)
Help patients rebuild strength, balance, and independence after surgery, injury, or neurological events. You’ll guide the rehabilitation journey with techniques tailored to each person’s home environment and goals.
Occupational Therapy (OT / COTA)
Support patients in reclaiming the daily activities that matter most to them — from home safety assessments to adaptive equipment training to building routines that stick.
Speech Therapy (ST)
Work with patients on communication, swallowing, and oral motor function. Certification in LSVT LOUD, VitalStim, or PROMPT is a plus — and something we’re glad to support you in pursuing.
Medical Social Work (MSW)
Be the connective tissue between clinical care and the real-life challenges patients face — resource navigation, emotional support, and care plan coordination.
Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
Provide the hands-on, day-to-day support — bathing, grooming, feeding assistance, and companionship — that helps patients thrive safely at home.
In-Home Laboratory Services
Support diagnostic care where it’s needed most, from venipuncture to point-of-care PT/INR testing.
Administrative & Intake Support
Not every role at Kinesis is clinical — our intake coordinators, schedulers, and administrative staff keep the whole operation running so care never misses a beat.
