Overview
Our medical social workers assist our patients and their families with short-term consulting and resources to obtain community assistance. Assessment and rehabilitation is another key part of social work. They are trained to recognize the conditions that lead to the poor well-being of individuals and families. Once the problems are understood, we can ensure proper actions are taken to address them.

Our speech therapists are trained in techniques to help you overcome these hardships. Many of our speech therapists are trained in LSVT LOUD for Parkinson’s, vital stim for swallow recovery and PROMPT for apraxia.

While nurses typically handle the medical aspects of home health, our CNAs are here to assist you with the other necessary trials of life and to ensure that you thrive and live comfortably in your own home.
