Here is a closer look at services that often make the biggest difference for seniors:

• Home Health Aide (CNA) Services: Our Certified Nursing Assistants assist with the everyday activities that matter most — bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, hair and nail care, safe feeding, and keeping the patient’s living space safe and orderly. These visits reduce family caregiver burden while maintaining the patient’s dignity at home.
• Medical Social Work: Our medical social workers help patients and families navigate the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges that come with managing illness at home. They connect families to community resources, assist with alternative care placement when needed, and consult directly with physicians when social or environmental factors are affecting patient well-being.
• Speech Therapy: Beyond helping patients communicate, our speech therapists address swallowing difficulties, which are common after strokes, with Parkinson’s disease, and in aging generally. Safe swallowing is essential for nutrition and quality of life.
• In-Home Laboratory Services: Patients who qualify can receive venipuncture (blood draws) and PT/INR checks with point-of-care results right in their home — no trip to a lab required. This is especially valuable for patients on blood thinners or managing chronic conditions that require frequent monitoring.
• Occupational Therapy: Our OTs restore the practical skills of daily living — dressing, cooking, bathing — and modify the home environment to support independence, safety, and energy conservation.

Each of these services is initiated through a physician’s order and covered under Medicare and many major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, Tricare, and commercial plans.
